Good news -- the sellers at 1705 Mayfair Place accepted our offer! expect BBQs, Turkey Days (2 ovens), Christmas Parties, Birthday Parties, etc. etc. Oh yes, of course...WVU Mountaineer Games on the Big Screen.

We asked for a home inspection within 10 days...can somebody volunteer there time and effort? I need someone to go with Liz (real estate agent) and Jim Stone (home inspector) during the inspection. Let me know.
